I am taking Blood thinners for a blood clot I got from a blood transfusion. The blood thinners tend to weaken the skin causing bruises and sometime easy tears. The doctor recommended I try Astaxanthin to help boost skin health. He also said it might help with my heart. So far the bruising seem to heal faster.The pills are easy to swallow. The bag seems small, but there are all 120 soft gel pill in the bag. Which means you get you moneys worth. I tried another brand first but was only get half for the same price.I haven’t noticed any side effects or any other un-usually adverse changes. According to the packaging the only two ingredients is the Astaxanthin and sunflower seed oil that is used as the binder.So far I have been using for 30 days, and I am happy with the results. I would truly recommend to try for yourself.

There are several brand names, but all seem to use the same or very similar packaging, makes you wonder why.It is difficult to leave a positive review for this dietry supplement. I’ve read information on various sites giving the pros and cons of taking this one a day soft gel and paid attention to any side effects they may give in certain people. For me I can’t say for sure one way or the other If they’ve made any difference to my health in any way, but seeing as i have several packets of them which should last me a long time i’ll keep taking as they have not made me ill thankfully and if they do contain what they say then there should be some positive effect over time. Being small and oval in shape they easy to take and wash down with water and I always take after food. These little softgels are so easy to take!!! I feel better when I take them, and I can’t get over how small they are, which makes them so easy to take. My husband, who HATES swallowing pills, will even take these without complaint!! I like that the bag is easy to store too….not ANOTHER bottle! The fact that the bag zips closed is nice, too. I think my skin feels less dry and itchy when I take these (maybe it’s a placebo effect, maybe not). I haven’t noticed any side effects, which is nice. I am sad though that the ingredients include sunflower seed oil. I’m trying to eliminate seed oils from my diet and it makes me so sad that these don’t fit that need!

The before and after photos in the description are wild. Do not expect to have those results.That being said it did help slightly with eye strain.I did not notice any visible changes in the skin, even when taking before and after photos after a month.For the rest of the effects advertised by this product, a longer time is required so I guess try and see.Huge plus about this product is that the softgels are prettt small, easy to swallow and have no aftertaste.4 month supply seems like a bargain!
