One capsule provides 1,000 mcg DFE of folate from L-methylfolate and folinic acid rather than relying solely on folic acid, plus 21 mg of carbonyl iron, 15 mg of zinc bisglycinate, 50 mcg of vitamin D3, and active forms of B6 and B12. I also appreciate the inclusion of choline, although at 100 mg it is only a modest contribution toward pregnancy needs, so I would not consider this a complete source of choline by itself.The dosages are substantial, with particularly high amounts of B6 and B12, so this is definitely a prenatal I would use with medical guidance rather than casually stacking with other vitamin supplements. The carbonyl iron is also a nice choice for people who find some iron supplements hard on their stomach.At $26 for 30 capsules, it works out to about $0.87 per day. That’s not inexpensive, but the price is fairly reasonable considering the more specialized nutrient forms, third-party testing, and the convenience of getting the core formula in one capsule. Overall, a well-designed and unusually convenient prenatal, though I would have liked to see more choline for the price.

Overall, this seems like a high quality prenatal vitamin. It contains methylated B vitamins for maximum absorption along with a gentle form of iron which will be easier on the stomach. It has the most important vitamins you need for health development. Personally, id like to see some Vitamin C in there to help with iron absorption and K2 to help eith vitamin D absorption but even as a stand alone this should work just fine. I have an issue with methylation processes so these forms of foliage and b12 are critical for me. I haven’t had any negative reactions to these vitamins and they have been easy on my stomach. The pill size is reasonable and easy to swallow. This does seem a little on the pricier side for the amount you get compared to other brands.

These Centurion Health Bump Vitamins are a rich source of the family of Vitamin B’s. The capsules contain Vitamin B2, folate, B6 and B12. The family of Vitamin B’s are considered important during pregnancy for development of the neurologic system. Personally, I am not using them for that purpose, as I am not pregnant. However, Vitamin B has been known to increase energy and decrease stress. I use Vitamin B on a regular basis and have always had difficulty swallowing the large yellow oblong tablets that have a unique foul odor and taste! These capsules are small in comparison, are easy to swallow, and have no odor or foul taste. These are great characteristics for taking a Vitamin B supplement! I wouldn’t describe Bump Prenatal Vitamins as being complete as common nutrients, such as Vitamin C and others, are not included. These Bump capsules do provide an excellent source of Vitamin B.
