Promising so far!
I’ve been focusing on my gut health, but was not keen on those $50 designer options. This Carlyle version is a way better value, and honestly, it’s got everything I actually need. What I liked:No “stomach burn”: These are delayed-release capsules, which is a huge deal. A lot of cheaper probiotics get wiped out by stomach acid before they even do anything. With these, I don’t get that weird “heavy” feeling in my stomach right after taking them, so they’re definitely making it further down.Two-for-one deal: It’s nice that they included prebiotic fiber in the mix. Probiotics need “food” to work, so having the prebiotic already in the pill means I don’t have to buy a separate supplement or obsess over my fiber intake just to make the probiotic effective.Super clean: I have a few food sensitivities, so the fact that this is free of soy, dairy, and gluten is a big win. It’s hard to find a “budget” supplement that doesn’t use a bunch of random fillers. The “Be Aware” stuff:Frequent reordering: You only get 30 capsules. I really wish they sold a 60 or 90-count bottle because I feel like I’m constantly hitting the “buy again” button. If you’re forgetful, definitely put this on Subscribe & Save. It’s for maintenance, not a “reset”: 15 Billion CFU is plenty for a daily routine, but if you’re just finishing a heavy round of antibiotics or dealing with major issues, you might need something even stronger. This is more of a “daily driver” to keep things moving. The “Bottle Smell”: When you first crack the seal, there’s a bit of an earthy/yeasty smell. It’s totally normal for 10 different strains of live bacteria, but just a heads-up so you don’t think you got a bad batch. It’s still early days though and I hope to post an update with time.

Good Product, Good Value
5 stars for product efficacy, ease of use, no ill side effects, company transparency, and product quality.I appreciated the company transparency, external website and access to supplement testing results without having to look through the depths of the website. One capsule equates to one serving and they’re easy to swallow. I always take my supplements with food and can confirm I did not experience any GI upset. I could feel a difference in my gut about 3 weeks into taking these capsules daily.Overall, I found this supplement to be effective and a very good value for the money.

Actually helpful.
I have had struggles through the years with let’s just say digestive issues that could sometimes last days. I have tried so many things throughout the years and honestly the only thing that has worked well for me on a regular basis is the over the counter stuff. Nothing and I mean nothing natural thus far has managed to even touch the issue. Infact some actually seem to make the problem worse by just causing stomach cramping. I must say though that this HAS helped me! I’m not, nor will I likely ever be able to completely stop at least occasionally taking the over the counter stuff throughout the week. I have been able to cut down on the amount I have been taking.I’m not going to lie, I was a huge sceptic when it came to probiotics. I did a bunch of research before trying it and opinions seemed to be very mixed. But to my surprise again it has definitely made a difference. It doesn’t seem to cause me any stomach upset either which was not the case for many other less effective supplements. It is very easy to take and did cause any bad taste or after taste whatsoever. Again so far this has been effective for me and with the amount you get and the price you pay I think this is great value for money. If you’re struggling with an issue like this I really recommend you give it a shot.

Probiotics In A Cute Bottle
These probiotics seem good and easy to use. It’s generally difficult for me to tell whether a probiotic is effective or is actually working because I don’t recognize any noticeable changes from using them. So, I’m just reflecting on the things I do notice about this brand of probiotic. I like the ingredients and that it is non-gmo, vegetarian capsules, and made without a lot of the extra “gunk” and sweeteners that are present in so many products. I also like that these don’t have an odor and the bottle is pretty compared to the typical-looking pill/medicine bottles. How the bottle looks isn’t all that important to me, but it is a noticeable difference that I can appreciate in this product. This product hasn’t had any negative impact or digestive effects for me. And, I realize that there is a lot of information about the positive/good benefits of taking probiotics, so in that sense I feel like these are satisfying that purpose. However, without me having some way of measuring or testing, it’s hard to know with certainty. Either way, I like the presentation and there’s no bad taste. Plus, these seem like a pretty good value for the money based on the quality of clean ingredients in the probiotics. Overall, this product seems like a good choice in probiotic and it’s not overly expensive (at the time of this review)

Reliable Daily Probiotic with a Clean Formula and Thoughtful DesignReliable Daily Probiotic with a Clean Formula and Thoughtful Design
I received this Carlyle Probiotic in April 2026, and the bottle I received has a long shelf life with an expiration date of January 2028. I take probiotics regularly to help maintain a healthy gut, and this formula checks all the boxes I look for. What stands out first is the 15 billion CFU count paired with 10 probiotic strains, which gives a well-rounded blend for everyday digestive support. I also appreciate that Carlyle includes prebiotic fiber, since probiotics work best when they have the “fuel” they need to thrive. The delayed‑release vegetarian capsules are another big plus—they help ensure the probiotics survive stomach acid and actually reach the gut where they’re needed. The ingredient profile is extremely clean. This probiotic is non‑GMO, gluten‑free, and free of soy, milk, lactose, artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives. For anyone with sensitivities or who prefers simple formulas, that’s a major benefit. It’s also manufactured in a GMP‑certified facility, which adds confidence in the quality and consistency. The capsules are small and easy to take, and I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort or aftertaste. Everything has felt normal and balanced, which is exactly what I want from a daily probiotic.Overall, this is a solid, straightforward probiotic with a clean formula, good strain diversity, and thoughtful features like delayed release and added prebiotics. A dependable option for maintaining gut health.

good amount of probioticsgood amount of probiotics
I like to rotate the probiotic supplements that I am using to be able to get different prebiotics. This is a 30-day supplement with more than 10 strains and 15 billion active organisms. Capsules are small and easy to swallow. I did not feel any odor or any aftertaste.

No side effectsNo side effects
These capsules are smaller than some of my other supplements, so they are easy to swallow. I really like that! What I’m noticing in digestion is that everything functions normally. The low allergen formula causes zero stomach issues. I will saw that I am Regular. It improves my gut health but I haven’t seen any evidence that it will improve joint health, or skin health or anything like that.I am not noticing any kind of off flavors or any indigestion. The price point is fantastic, which allows me to Very affordably up my fiber game… most people need to do the same.Would order again!

I was on an antibiotic and thought taking a probiotic along with it was wise. I ordered this product feeling that it was sufficient for my needs. Carlyle is a brand with a reputation for manufacturing a wide variety of moderately priced supplements. There are a number of pros that made me feel that this probiotic would do the trick for me but for the long haul I feel it has limitations. This product contains multiple probiotic strains (10+).. My understanding is that offering a variety of strains is usually a better choice than a single strain product so that is a plus for the Carlyle product. The dose (15billion CFU) is a moderate dose that I considered appropriate for my immediate need. The product is gluten free and free of GMOs. It is delayed release. The bottle contains 30 capsules- a one month supply.Probiotics need refrigeration unless Is specifically manufactured to be used without it. While having a shelf stable product makes the product convenient, it also leaves me to question the efficacy of this product. I have tried to find out if this brand independently tests this product for purity and claims but haven’t been able to determine if a 3rd party has been brought in to test this product. That doesn’t mean that testing isn’t being done. But it doesn’t seem to be very transparent. So I’m left with questions. If you’re looking for a short term probiotic, this product might work for you. Before starting it I recommend doing your own research. There are many alternatives that may target specific needs. And discuss the product with your doctor. Everything that I’ve read indicates that the product is safe, but make sure this is the right product for you!
