My biotin experience in 2 weeks and 3 days
Ok so I love this I received these pills the july 11th after some time of taking them i had to wash and straighten my hair to go get passion braids I noticed my hair thickened and grew a little after straightening it. I got my passion braids done the July 15th it is now July 27th and I have to take them out tomorrow I have atleats 3-3 1/2 of growth can’t even see the parts anymore this was a new hairstyle I usually keep hairstyles in for atleats a month I am happy with the results but I literally made $220 for this hairstyle And I have to take it out already because I look crazy with all this growth and parts no where to be seen…. and just to add I see a lot of people say you must drink water or it will break you out I can’t say if it’s true or false because I only drink water I don’t drink soda I barely drink juice only if it is 100% from the fruit like pomegranate juice but I haven’t broken out I guess you must drink water like people say… and some little extra things I did I’m not sure of it helped or not I drink smoothies with B12 and vitamin C in it and sometimes I pop the capsules and rub the gel on my scalp I’m not sure if it had any affect in my growth though

I recently started using biotin 10,000 mcg, and while I haven’t noticed major changes yet, I know it usually takes a little time for supplements to show results. The pills are small and easy to swallow, and I like that they don’t have any weird aftertaste.
