Just got them so don’t know if they work yet but they are tasty, not bad at all. I guess they are pretty fragile and not a hard pill because there is a lot of dust in the bottle. I wonder how many pills were pulverized in shipping.

Fast dissolving table much better than gel capsule
I ordered this brand in the past and when I ran out I ordered a different brand thinking that it was just biotin that I needed. BUT after a couple of months on another brand I noticed that my nails were breaking so easily and so often. On the Carlyle Biotin I had gotten compliments on the healthy appearance of my nails and I had noticed the fast growth. Once I realized that the Carlyle fast dissolving tablets had worked much better, I stopped taking the gel biotin and went back to Carlyle. I will stick to them. Even my hair was coming out more in my comb with the gel capsules. The second photo is with the Carlyle tablet on the left and the gel on the right.
