I dont know if/when they will work but this B12 works for me. Take 2 dissolvable tablets sublingual. Should last a couple months.I read Vitamin B12 can address symptoms of deficiency. Recommend.

Good value for something that’s crucial for us as we age
Seems to be be the best value I’ve seen on Amazon. Flavor is good so it makes dissolving in your mouth. A pleasant experience. Have no idea if it’s working for me. Some people on here seem to think it’s really boosting their energy and improving their well-being. But for me I tell no difference but I’m just taking it because of the recent Stanford study that came out about B12 deficiency and older adults

This taste great!But even more importantly- they work.I have an issue absorbing b12 because of years of being on a PPI (which doctors never mentioned could and will happen).Since oral supplements won’t work I got a sublingual version. I did some research and many pointed to this brand.I’m so glad I went with it. I do see an increase in energy and also a decrease in nerve issues (my biggest complaint). I recommend these to everyone- even if you can do an oral supplement.It’s so easy to just throw one of these under your tongue, let it dissolve, and go about your day.

I do like Carlyle supplements and have been purchasing them for several years. These are manufactured in a GMP facility and lab tested for end product purity and potency (although it does not specify if the lab testing the product is an independent, third-party, certified lab (very important for dietary supplements)).The tablets are pleasant tasting, and the user should ensure they are allowed to fully dissolve in the mouth due to the fact that this vitamin not easily absorbed in the stomach (capacity-limited absorption). This form of the vitamin is said to be metabolically active and not needed to be enzymatically changed in order to be active.The tablet size is very small and appropriate for sublingual use.I highly recommend this supplement if you are looking for a good B-12 tablet.
