I like anise and black licorice so it didn’t bother me but I know many are sensitive that way so you should know these don’t really taste like candy gummy stuff. They’re sweet and still fun to take for me, and I can feel a bit more focus in my work and my workout stamina levels after taking these prior. I combine with them with a cappuccino generally so there’s some synergy maybe going on with the caffeine. No side effects or weirdness taking them for awhile now. They seem effective but subtle, which they should be. For the value they’re very good and I can recommend them.

They taste good, but they don’t do much for energy.Pros:- Good taste. They are all pomegranate flavor, which is a bit sweet, and not chalky or grainy.- Being gummies, you don’t have to worry about swallowing a pill. Just chew and enjoy.- No artificial colors or flavors. But sucralose is used (an artificial sweetener).- No side effects.- Selenium is included, which is an important mineral for men. All of the ingredients are in appropriate doses to boost energy, immunity, blood sugar regulation, prostate health, focus, and libido. I don’t know why my husband didn’t feel much difference while taking them.Cons:- Hardly any effect on energy. This is for a man who drinks two cups of coffee every morning before work to be awake enough. He didn’t drink the second cup some days when he took the gummies, but others he needed that second cup.- I can’t see anywhere on the bottle that says it’s tested by a third party. Supplements are not regulated, so it’s always nice when companies are transparent and submit to third party testing.Overall, I don’t think I would pay for these gummies every month. They have not had much effect on energy, libido, or blood sugar regulation.

Not too sweet, almost black licorice flavor
Honestly I can’t say if these provide “more energy” as claimed. I maintain a fairly healthy diet so I don’t usually feel run down. But, I will say that these are pretty good as far as ease of chewing and flavor. They taste almost black licorice-like. If you hate black licorice don’t worry; it’s not that strong of a flavor. They’re also not very sweet which is a plus. The texture is slightly harder than an average gumdrop. Unless you have dentures, you shouldn’t have a problem chewing. I haven’t experienced any side effects at all. Would I order again? I’m not sure. Really a healthy diet is usually enough for me.
