These pills pack a wallop. I read you need up to 200mg of magnesium sleep, this product only has 125mg and it does the job just fine. I’m sleeping through the night, actually a lil too heavy sometimes, LOL. But considering I have not slept well for the past 3 years, I’ll take it. It says take it 30 min to 1 hour before bedtime and I do exactly that and it works wonders.

I get a great sleep with this one. I was normally taking 200mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate on it’s own which also helepd a lot with sleep, but this one takes it another level with GABA + Melatonin added. I slept a full 8 hrs and felt great next day. Only thing is the melatonin is quite a bit, so I will likely rotate this one and take it only 2-3 days per week.

They work!
They work like a charm! I take 2 before bed and I sleep very deeply. They’re not like a sleeping pill, I don’t think they necessarily help you go to sleep, but they sure help you stay asleep longer.

I take 2 of these pills every night and I have to say my sleep has improved 100%.I take it about 30 min before bed as I am in bed winding down and then after 30 mins I feel sleepy and I easily fall asleep.
