Causes Intestional Upset
I started having digestive issues when I began taking these, even if I take just one a day. I suspect the magnesium is the cause but it could be another ingredient. They are pleasant tasting and much easier than swallowing large pills. However, I need to stop taking them and unfortunately be out the money i paid for the two jars. It may just be my digestive system that can’t tolerate these, but it could be a problem for others as well. I will keep looking for a chewable calcium that does not cause GI upset.Update: I have found my digestive system tolerates these much better if taken with food as part of a meal. When I first tried these, I was taking them before eating any food. And they are a huge improvement over the large, hard to swallow pills so they might be worth a try if you have difficulty with the large pills. I am happy to up my rating to reflect my change in opinion.

I love the taste of these gummies! I was taking a chalky calcium citrate tablet, but I was having to take so many a day because my dr wants me to have 2000 grams of calcium. It’s much easier in these gummies!
