    Small, easy to swallow gelatin capsules

    These gel capsules are tiny and easy to swallow. There is some odor when you open the container, but the capsules themselves are odorless and there is no strange aftertaste when you take them.At 125 mgs of vitamin D each they supply 625% of the daily value, which is on the high side.The capsules are gelatin, so this is not a vegan or vegetarian product. They have coconut oil, which does have some health benefits but is also high in saturated fat.This is just short of a year’s supply so it’s a good economic choice.

    Very Easy to Swallow

    This is the first time taking this brand. I take 1 per day and I believe it is absorbed easily and helps with sleep as well, especially for my husband because I decided to share them with him. His sleep improved significantly on days that he takes them.
