Fast delivery
Delivery was very fast and nicely sealed. However, I’m now bloated and have gained 3lbs and some weird hunger craves. I purchased this because I thought it would help with hunger but it’s done the opposite. Maybe it will work for others but no luck for me.

Works well. I’m not actually hungry taking these. They are a great appetite suppressant; I use the restroom regularly now, and I definitely feel these are working great. Easy to swallow, no taste, and my gut feels good—less gas, and I always have gas.

This probiotic may cause side effects in some people!
This did not agree with my system. After taking it for several days (with several glasses of water), I had severe constipation along with GI pain. After doing some research, apparently some people do not initially react well to this probiotic. I bought this because of the health benefits I saw listed in a YouTube video, but decided to stop taking it. After stopping it, I felt well once again.

Excellent probiotic take in the evening for BM In the a.m.
I love this probiotic I take it in the evening in the morning sometimes but it usually sets me up with excellent digestive health I was doing Metamucil but I feel like this is comparable and you don’t have to mix a whole drink whereas I’ve tried meta-Meusel capsule stuff they don’t work near as good as the drink and I think this works as good if not better

I’ve bought this a few times. It definitely helps curb cravings. The pills are a smaller size so very easy to take. I believe this is a good price for the product. This is a great prebiotic and it’s effective. The only thing I’ll say is definitely DRINK WATER throughout the day when you take these or else they may cause constipation. From what I understand the inulin ingredient helps water go to the digestive tract to help with digestive issues but from experience if you’re not drinking water for it to go there, it just plugs you up. But if you drink water with these I believe they work great. I’ll definitely keep buying.
