    The best!

    Ok listen, I’m so incredibly vitamin d deficient, and these things work wonders. I immediately had more energy, they’re small and easy to swallow, and there’s so many of them, it’s hard not to buy them. They don’t taste the best (or worst), but you’re also not supposed to savor them, so it’s not a big deal lol.

    Reverse issue

    This was the best buy ever. I was diagnosed with plantar flaciitis due to having a vitamin d deficiency. I’ve been taking these now for a month and my pain is so minimal now. This helped so much

    The reason I got this is because the last ones I got I put them in a little medicine thing you know the ones that you get for like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday…. And the old ones had a gel like substance and they would stick to my little medicine holder and it was a ridiculous to have to always pray it out. These are just pills. You just take the pills and you swallow it with the water perfect it works thank you very much.
