More than worth the money
Having made a switch to a healthier lifestyle a few months ago, on careful analysis I realized my diet does not provide me with enough minerals and vitamins and decided to look for a multi-vitamin supplement to my diet. On a careful survey, I realized this product satisfied all my needs. It included all the nutrients I needed. And at $20 for 6 months worth of supply its a steal. The ingredients are all natural, it doesnt have some nutrients in miniscule quantities just so they can be listed on a label but they are actually in amounts necessary to be useful to my body. Its also comforting to know that they are sourcing many of the nutrients from vegetable juice complexes and vegetable sources. I will definitely be buying this again.

Outstanding multi-vitamin
Everything I need in a daily multivitamin. Very easy on the stomach, impressive vitamin and supplement coverage, no outrageously high doses, high absorption, excellent value for money.I continue to be impressed by the breadth of goodness in these. Almost every time I hear about something that might be a candidate for supplementation, I find it’s already in my multivitamin. Vitamin D and Zinc, in the right amounts, for immune support? Check. L-Lysine, L-Arginine, and L-Tyrosine for mood? Check. Omega 3/6/9 fatty acids? Check. It even has probiotics.I see some recent (2022) reviews indicating some folks have experienced upset stomach. I’ve been taking these daily for about 5 years and have never had any issues. By way of comparison, I tolerate Brieofood day-t-day men’s vitamins better than GNC MegaMen Sport.I have noticed subtle changes in color over time. But I also see subtle variations in the color of bananas at the grocery store every week, so no problem.My search for a multivitamin has been over for a long time. Highly recommended.

Best Vitamin I have tried so far.
I am one that does not like taking a ton of pills, mostly because I forget to take them lol. This vitamin easily replaces 5 supplements. I have health issues, and digestion issues, this product helps immensely. It has your Omegas, Amino acids, enzymes, vitamins/minerals and probiotics all in ONE pill instead of 5. Its food based which means, unlike most multi vitamin/multi minerals, which are essentially ground up rocks, it is very bio-avaible. I personally can feel a differnce within an hour of taking them. It says one a day, which means you get 180 day supply for a very reasonable price, tho I do typically take more than one per day as I take them when I eat, so normally 2 or 3 per day, just for the help with digestion.If your on the fence, try this, I personally will be buying this on repeat every 180 days because for me, it works well. Do understand, we all have genetic differences, and what works wonderfully for me, might not work as well for you, but it is WORTH the cost to give it a 180 day trial and see how it works with your genetics.

Great product
I prefer purchasing food based vitamins, have used this brand for about a year now and am very pleased. My husband takes one each day with lunch and they don’t upset his stomach so he likes these over other brands we have tried. They are what I consider a normal size vitamin, but if someone has trouble swallowing them they can be cut in half.

Great value, but expect some tolerable inconveniences
Significantly cheaper than Naturelo, with 2 less vitamins and minerals but with its own proprietary blend of enzymes and other herbal mixtures. I did not experience any side effects in the time that I’ve been taking this multivitamin. Neither did I feel any different from taking Naturelo. As much as I prefer the other product, this one has been a massive value for money.Production quality however… is not as good. A huge chunk of the tablets had gotten stuck to each other, and by the time I found out, there’s no recourse for me to have it exchanged. I made do with using a butter knife to physically separate the stuck tablets, but this fractured many of them and I had to eyeball them individually to make sure I took in roughly the right amount per day. I read other reviews and I know I am not the only one to have experienced this.It’s a bit of an inconvenience to do this every now and then, but as long as the product feels the same to me after ingestion, then it’s tolerable. Those savings are really worth it.
