It appears to be adding together the 1,000 mg glutathione complex, 100 mg resveratrol and 50 mg vitamin C, rather than indicating 1,150 mg of glutathione. I would have preferred much clearer labeling.The formula itself is fairly sensible. Oral glutathione does appear to be absorbable, and liposomal delivery may improve absorption. Resveratrol is also an interesting ingredient, but the human evidence for broad health or longevity benefits is still mixed, and 100 mg is a fairly moderate dose.I also like that the vitamin C and selenium doses are reasonable rather than excessive.
