    Full of energy, but gives me an odd feeling of disassociation for a short period of time.

    I purchased this item because of the Shilajit and the anti inflammatory Tumeric and Ginger. I also purchased this item because it includes Ashwagandha and Ginseng which are supposed to be good for brain support and energy.NOTE: I’ve never taken Shilajit before so I had no prior knowledge of any of the side effects of the ingredient.Overall my impression of the combination of ingredients is good, however I’ve noticed some disassociation or unclarity when taking the supplement. It usually lasts for about 30 minutes after I’ve digested the supplement and the feelings of disassociation go away. After the disassociation, I feel competent and clear, I’ve achieved energy from the Ginseng, and I think that the Shilajit is helping with testosterone as it is supposed to. I feel good knowing that I am finally getting a daily dosage of Tumeric for my joints and general health.I am not a doctor or a professional as to ingredients of this type, and all of my information is through personal research. I do believe that the supplement measurements are on par with what doctors say are adequate dosages for the ingredients I’ve researched.I don’t think that the mild disassociation is detrimental. I’ve been able to drive while the mild symptoms occur and they do go away quickly. I think that after my body gets used to the supplement that either the side affects will go away completely, or I will get used to it. I had similar issues with Melatonin, and after reducing my dosage and using it for a while any side effects stopped.The bottle suggests 2 pills, but I’m only going to take one until I notice that the side effects go away. If they don’t go away I will probably stop taking this supplement.

    Nice blend of ingredients

    This seamoss blend has a nice blend of ingredients that that give it a nice overall everything supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow for the size is not terribly large. There is no strong taste to them as well. I like the fact that is lab certified for the ingredients.

    This supplement is absolutely amazing!

    The main reason I decided to try this was because my wife was already taking many of the supplements that are in this supplement. I got rid of four different bottles and each of them cost either the same or more than this bottle that has more ingredients and benefits. I’d encourage you to do the research on the ingredients like I did. While my wife was taking some of supplements that are listed as ingredients in this one, she really hadn’t explored them before. This unique blend as a number of benefits that make buying this Sea Moss supplement a no-brainer.

    Didn’t notice anything

    I took this daily until I ran out and without changing too much else about what I do or eat I can’t say I noticed anything in particular in terms of how I felt or anything else really. We can’t say this doesn’t do anything but I can say I didn’t notice any changes to my benefit or detriment while using it. I don’t know that there was any change to my mood or energy level and did not feel any better or worse. Could be worth a shot but I don’t see any reason for me to purchase it again

    I already take ashwagandha and moringa, so I thought I would try this out to to cut down the number of supplements I take.It’s easy to take though it does have a turmeric taste. As far as effects go, I havent noticed any change after switching from what I was taking and there have been no negative effects. I will continue to take these.3/5

    I have been taking Sea Moss capsules for several months and I generally feel better.
