I’ve been starting to have joint issues lately. De Quervain’s, trigger finger, knee issues and shoulder issues. My doctor recommended I take turmeric to help combat these issues. I went down a rabbit hole and discovered turmeric, glucosamine and msm. I’m glad to have found one that includes both these supplements in one. After a few weeks I noticed less achiness, especially in the morning. The caps are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or nasty burps. Since this supplement takes a few weeks to notice any benefits, I believe this should come in a larger supply. With only a 30 day supply, a larger one would be nice.
