The only protein powder my body likes
I’ve noticed many people complain about the taste, but for me, that’s not an issue at all. The reality is, the so-called “good-tasting” stuff is packed with artificial additives and hidden toxins—the very things that Bryan has sworn to get away from. I can attest to that firsthand, as I have severe reactions to many common additives and ingredients.That’s why Bryan Johnson’s protein powder is a game-changer. This is the first protein powder I can consume without feeling sick or lethargic, and that alone makes it worth every penny. I’m beyond grateful it exists.If you’re looking for a product that prioritizes true wellness this is it. What I would like to see in the future is third-party testing for glyphosate and atrazine.

Terrible Product
This is the worst tasting protein powder I’ve ever tried. In order to drink the recommended daily protein amount you would have to gag your way through by drinking it throughout the day-I couldn’t drink it all at once- with the sensation you were being tortured and also with the sinking feeling you’d been ripped off and manipulated into believing this powder will help you. What good is something that is so nauseating you feel like you might vomit. Save yourself some time, energy and money and don’t buy this crap. I’ll never buy any product from that guy’s company ever again. Come on get real if something tastes this bad you better work on the flavor before trying to sell it. It’s not healthy when the body rejects something to this degree. Yuch!!!

WORTH THE $$$$
This is probably one of the better vegan protein powder we’ve ever had and we’ve tried SO many other ones. It’s well worth the $$. This one also has straight clean ingredients and wont mess up your stomach either like others have. It blends easily with a protien shaker, and the consistency is smooth, and velvety. Not chunky or grainy at all.Again, well worth the money. The bag is bigger, and lasts longer than you’d expect.

I was very surprised by the almost total lack of sweetness and very mild chocolate flavor. That said, I find most protein powders too sweet, so I sweeten this myself and I also add additional cocoa powder for flavor. The mixture mixes instantly in my blender.I justify the expense of the product because I trust the ingredients to be pure and effective, thanks to the research and testing that go into Blueprint products.Overall, I am very satisfied and plan to continue taking it daily after my morning workout.

I’m genuinely obsessed with this. When I mix it with a splash of creamy oat or nut milk + 1 tbsp early harvest EVOO, it turns into this silky, earthy pudding. add a handful of macadamia or Brazil nuts and it becomes rich, buttery, and perfectly satisfying. It has no added sugar or artificial junk, which I really appreciate. + keeps me full as a breakfastIf someone is used to overly sweet, processed foods, I can see why it might taste different at first if added too much liquid or smt.

Yes, Blueprint is pricey. I bought this out of curiosity. Looking for high quality product. I did not take daily at that point. So the bag lasted a few months. When I ran out I went back to using my cheap Costco protein powder. Immediately after drinking the old stuff, I felt headache-y and otherwise not well.And I have been taking this daily ever since. I noticed I just feel better when I take this. So the additional supplements it includes make the difference for me. I now use their creatine and NAC – having changed from other brands. The price is higher but because their products use high quality ingredients and much more stuff than you get in the other ones.

My daily staple, genuinely impressive for a plant-based protein powder
This has become my daily breakfast routine and I genuinely look forward to it every day. It’s not an over-the-top chocolatey flavor, more subtle and clean, but it’s satisfying and filling in a way a lot of plant-based proteins fail to be.I can’t do dairy or eggs, so finding something that actually works for me has been a journey. My go-to right now is a yogurt bowl: one scoop of this mixed with 50g of Cocojune Greek-style yogurt, a handful of PURIS pea crisps for crunch, and 50g each of frozen raspberries and blueberries that I prep the night before so they thaw overnight in the fridge. Finish with a sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon and it’s genuinely one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had and I literally eat it every day.It also works great as a straight shake if you want something quick. Clean ingredients, great macros, great micronutrients and it actually keeps me full. Hard to ask for more
