    Good for vegetarians deficient in Vitamin D

    After my blood test results came back, my doctor told me that I was deficient in Vitamin D and would need to take Vitamin D3 supplements. Vitamin D2 apparently does not absorb as well, but finding Vitamin D3 from a vegetarian source can be difficult. Bluebonnet not only uses vegetarian capsules, but derives the Vitamin D3 from lanolin, instead of a non-vegetarian source like fish. The price is not bad either. My follow-up blood test showed that my Vitamin D was in the normal range after taking these every day. I am very glad I found this supplement!

    great no gelatin

    I wanted vitamin D that has no gelatin and this brand was one of the few that didn’t. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and you only need to take one a day.

    I’m using this product form many years For myself and for my mom it’s very easy to swallow doesn’t hurt my stomach Because it is natural made by lanolin flower bluebonnet is the way to go I highly recommend this product to those who are diabetic and use vitamin D every day
