    I was told to take these during my pregnancy and I think I will continue to take them from now on. The help boost immune system and I feel shielded from getting sick during the winter! They don’t make me sick and are easy in the stomach. I highly recommend!

    It is what it is.

    There is not much left for me can say. The capsules are clean, not dusty, and go down easily. The other choices are not kosher (gelatin issue). My only disappointment is that the generic capsules are visually indistinguishable from capsules for other supplements so that can create confusion and a problem when wanting to combine in one vial for travel.
