Makes hard to wake up for me
It does help during the day with brain fog once get up. Yet, it makes it very hard to get up in the mornings for me. I was taking every day, switched to mornings and still have hard time waking up. Now going to once every other day to see if helps. I have chronic fatigue and was hoping it would help with energy and brain fog. So far it has made it harder to wake in AM.

She could not breathe
My mom had trouble breathing after taking ONE Bluebonnet Nutrition Cellular Active CoQ10 Ubiquinol 50 mg Vegetarian softgel. She had this same issue with another brand of CoQ10, but she thought she was allergic to a filler or something. Since this supplement had better ingredients, she thought it would be fine. It was not the case. It took over 24 hours to get her breathing back to normal. She won’t try to take CoQ10 again but we don’t know if that is the issue or another ingredient, but its not worth the risk.Now, not everyone is going to have the same reaction to this supplement, but I thought you should know it can occur. Allergies can express themselves in many ways from headache, nausea, hives, rash, itching, swelling, and trouble breathing. So pay attention to your body and make sure you are not having an allergic reaction.
