    A thought full postpartum vitamin

I’ve been really happy with the bird&be Postpartum Recovery Vitamins. As a busy new mom, it can be hard to remember to take care of yourself, but these daily packs make it simple and convenient. Everything is pre-portioned, so I can just grab a packet and go without sorting multiple bottles of vitamins every day. After taking them consistently, I noticed improvements in my overall energy levels and felt more supported during postpartum recovery. I also appreciated that these vitamins include important nutrients like iron, vitamin D, zinc, and methylated folate. It feels reassuring knowing the formula was designed specifically for postpartum health and recovery. One thing I especially liked was the focus on hair loss support, which is something many postpartum moms experience. While results take time, I definitely felt like my hair and nails looked healthier after several weeks of use. The vitamins were also gentle on my stomach, which can be hard to find with iron supplements. The packaging is clean, organized, and high quality, and the individual packs are perfect for keeping in a diaper bag or purse. Overall, this product made me feel like I was taking an important step toward caring for myself during the postpartum stage.Highly recommend for new moms looking for an easy, well-rounded postpartum supplement!

    Convenient Postpartum Vitamin Packs

I really like the convenience of having postpartum vitamins already portioned into individual daily packs. Life with a newborn is busy enough, so having everything organized for the day makes it much easier to stay consistent without opening several different bottles. The individual packets are also really convenient to throw into a diaper bag or purse when we are away from home.I specifically wanted a supplement designed with postpartum needs in mind rather than immediately switching back to a standard multivitamin. I also appreciate that the formula focuses on areas that are especially relevant after having a baby, including nutritional support and hair health. The packaging is simple, organized, and makes it easy to see whether I remembered to take my vitamins that day.The capsules are straightforward to incorporate into my daily routine, and the 30 individual packs make it easy to keep track of a full month. Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed option for the postpartum period and I especially appreciate how convenient the daily packaging is.Pros: Convenient daily packs, easy to stay organized, travel friendly, and formulated specifically for postpartum needs.Cons: Multiple supplements in a daily pack may be more pills than some people prefer.

Gentle daily blend that works for my wellness

Although I am not postpartum, I have grown to appreciate bird&be products for their premium ingredient blends and consistent effectiveness. The brand continually delivers well-balanced formulations, and these daily packs are no different.I’ve found them gentle on my system while working smoothly with my routine. The combination of bioavailable nutrients like methylated folate, iron, zinc, and vitamin D provides noticeable support for my general energy and overall vitality. There has been no digestive discomfort or nausea on my end, which can often be an issue with robust, high-potency multivitamins containing iron. The pre-packaged daily sachets are super convenient — being able to grab a single packet and go takes all the hassle out of sorting through individual supplement bottles, making them fantastic for busy mornings or packing into a travel bag.For anyone who values clean, bioavailable ingredients and wants the ease of a grab-and-go packet, this formula is great.

Very convenient all in one individual packs!Very convenient all in one individual packs!

I’ve been using this Daily Essentials for Females pack (multi + separate iron) along with the included DHA 300 mg / EPA 7 mg softgel as my main postpartum/breastfeeding supplement routine, and it’s been a solid daily foundation. What’s good:• Nutrient forms are better than a lot of basic prenatals — methylated folate (mix of folic acid + L-5-MTHF), methylcobalamin B12, P-5-P B6, zinc bisglycinate, and gentle ferrous bisglycinate iron.• Iron is in its own capsule (27 mg), which is convenient and generally easier on the stomach than many iron supplements.• The multi covers the elevated needs for pregnancy/lactation pretty well (B vitamins, D3, iodine, choline, zinc, selenium, etc.).• The DHA softgel gives a meaningful 300 mg of DHA, which is useful while nursing. What could be better:• Magnesium is only 20 mg — basically nothing. I still take a separate magnesium.• EPA in the softgel is very low (7 mg), so this is mainly a DHA product.• Choline is present (150 mg) but not high.Capsules are easy to take, no weird aftertaste for me, and the separate iron is a nice touch. Overall I’m happy with it as a clean, well-formulated base and would repurchase. Pair it with extra magnesium (and maybe more choline if your diet is low) and it covers most of the important postpartum bases.Would recommend if you’re looking for quality forms rather than the cheapest drugstore option.

    Well-formulated, high-potency postpartum supplement pack.Well-formulated, high-potency postpartum supplement pack.

This is the second supplement I’ve taken from Bird & Be that includes vitamins, minerals, DHA, and iron. The ingredient dosages in this version are exactly the same as in the fertility formula I had used previously, so I already had a good idea of what to expect, even though this one is labeled for postpartum use.The formula uses several more bioavailable nutrient forms that are generally considered better absorbed and easier on digestion than cheaper standard versions. These include ferrous bisglycinate chelate for iron, zinc bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, copper citrate, chromium citrate, methylcobalamin for vitamin B12, and L-5-MTHF methylfolate instead of standard folic acid.It covers a very broad range of nutrients, and some of the dosages are quite high. Vitamin B6 is included at 25 mg (1,250% DV), while vitamin B12 is 500 mcg (17,857% DV). High doses like these are common in postpartum formulas because they are designed to support recovery, energy metabolism, and breastfeeding-related nutritional demands. For me, the B12 content is especially important since I’m vegetarian and don’t get much of this vitamin naturally through food. This supplement contains 30 servings total. Each serving comes in an individual plastic pouch containing three capsules and one softgel. There is a noticeable smell when opening the pouch, likely coming naturally from some of the ingredients,, but it doesn’t smell spoiled. All of the pills are medium-sized, and I haven’t had any trouble swallowing them. The label recommends taking them after a meal on a full stomach, so I usually take mine after breakfast, which is my largest meal of the day. I also haven’t experienced any digestive discomfort, aftertaste, or side effects since starting this postpartum formula.Overall, Bird & Be seems like a very reliable brand based on my experience so far. I’ve tried several of their supplements, and they’ve felt well-made and thoughtfully formulated. Their products are developed with input from doctors and fertility specialists, independently tested for heavy metals, yeast, mold, and bacteria, and manufactured in site-licensed, FDA-registered GMP facilities.

Convenient daily packs, but a little priceyConvenient daily packs, but a little pricey

I like the idea of these being seperated into daily packs. Postpartum is already busy enough, so having everything portioned out makes it way easier to stay consistent. You just grab one pack and you know thats your vitamins for the day.The pills are a pretty normal size and I didnt find them too hard to swallow. I would still take them with a meal though, especially since there is iron in here. So far they have been gentle on the stomach and I havent noticed any weird side effects.I also like that this is more targeted for postpartum instead of just a basic multivitamin. It has things like iron, zinc, vitamin D, folate, and other nutrients that make sense for recovery and energy support.I cant really say anything major about hair loss yet because that takes time, but overall it feels like a well thought out supplement pack.Only downside is the price. $45 for 30 days is not cheap, but the convenience and packaging are really nice.

Excellent, very high-quality vegan supplement in easy to take daily packsExcellent, very high-quality vegan supplement in easy to take daily packs

This supplement impressed me greatly on a variety of levels. I love so much that this is a fully comprehensive vegan formula with vegan sourced omega-3 and D. The ingredients are fully natural and non-GMO, both of which are very important to me. This is made in Canada in a GMP-certified facility and comes in little daily packets that are super convenient, particularly for travel. Each packet contains four capsules, and between the four you get pretty much everything you would need supplement-wise for basic daily health support. The capsules are easy to take, and I have not noticed any strong taste or smells to them whatsoever. This advises taking with food, but I have had no issues even when taking these on an empty stomach. Since starting these a few weeks ago, my energy levels have improved dramatically when I remember to take these.I will note that the individual packs, while very convenient, could add up to a lot of plastic waste over the course of a year. It does state on the package that the weight used for the packs is less than the weight of a bottle, however, a bottle can be recycled in my area and the packs cannot, so I do see this as a drawback. I feel that it would be really ideal if the company switched over to biodegradable packs for their supplements as a solution.Overall, for the current cost of $45 for a one-month supply, I feel like this is an incredible value for the quality compared to what you would pay buying these all separately. I will absolutely look forward to trying other products from this company in the future.

    Postpartum Packs!Postpartum Packs!

Hormonal changes are huge after having a baby! It’s important to me to take a full range of vitamins each day, especially because with the lack of sleep I never know that I’m eating everything I need to to stay well nutritionally. Sometimes I just grab and go a granola bar or something instead of a proper meal, let’s just be real about it.Postpartum Recovery Vitamins from bird&be relive the anxiety of missing this or that nutrient. I just grab a packet and take it with my largest meal of the day. I appreciate that it’s made with quality ingredients, and that the vitamins are easy to swallow. On a personal note, these haven’t given me the “burpies” I sometimes get with other vitamins. Now, I have no idea what is in the vitamins that give me the burps… but cam tell you that I don’t get them with this postpartum pack. The packets are individually wrapped, so there is no worry about taking too many or too few vitamins in a given day. When the packet is gone, you’re done for the day! Easy as that. This also makes it easy to bring along to a restaurant or off to Nana’s house for a visit. She’s gotta see that gran-baby ya know!
