WORKS SUPER WELL ON NAILS! i haven’t been biting my nails for a few years now but ive been having issues with them growing out strong cause they constantly break from being so brittle. I am noticing a difference in my hair and nails. For some time my hair has been thinning and I have been trying different products. I think this one is working the best and it tastes so darned good it is hard to stop at the prescribed dose. Nails are finally growing out to a normal length too. This is a great product for better looking skin and improvement with hair. Ended up buying three bottles in total for my mom as she loved it into the first bottle and didn’t want to run out as we order from overseas. She’s 73 and feeling better about herself overall after starting them. It’s great value for the price and would recommend as her hair fall gradually went away. Hoping over time with consistent use we see less scalp where her hair had thinned out. They’re tasty and easy to chew, good solid quality with zero stickiness or clumping. They smell great too, no chemical taste, no bad aftertaste. First time I don’t have to remind her daily to take a supplement.

Haven’t had these long so can’t really speak to how well they work. They contain silica which I hear is the supplement that truly works for healthy thicker hair. Looking forward to trying them.What I can report is that these gummies taste wonderful!! Not at all like medicine. And shortly after my first jar, they went on a great sale so I ordered a 2nd jar. Would definitely purchase again.
