Great for thinning hair
I have thinning hair (hereditary – thanks Mom). My mom said she was using biotin and it seemed to be helping. I started doing shampoo and conditioner with biotin and that helped some. My mom asked how much I was using and I told her the normal amount in the palm of my hand. She asked if that was 1 or 2. What? Turns out she was taking the gummies while I was using the shampoo and conditioner.
