Great pills
My hair suddenly looked like straw and was falling out more and more each week. I have always had very fine, straight hair, but as I hit my late 40’s, my hair really thinned out. I bought this about a month ago when my hair suddenly changed, and have been taking it faithfully. It has stopped my hair loss AND my hair is actually beginning to grow, to shine, and it is soft and has body to it again. My hair hasn’t grown back on top in certain thinning patches yet, but it has only been a month so I expect that to begin happening soon. I truly thought a wig was in my very near future, but now I don’t! I recommend these to anyone who is experiencing distressing hair loss or texture changes. I am absolutely amazed at how quickly my hair has changed! These really work….I have even seen my nails get stronger.

so thankful to find this product
after a serious illness and allergic reaction to one of the medications i was given in the hospital, my hair was falling out by the handfuls, and i have very short hair so it was totally noticable. i was desperate to stop the hair fall out and was told about Biotin…i bought a bottle and i began taking one capsule a day. my hair didn’t stop falling out in a couple days BUT as i took it daily for a few weeks, my hairdresser told me she could see fine new strands of hair starting to grow. after about a month my hair was noticably healthier and had stopped falling out all together. now, into my second bottle of Biotin, my hair is thick again, healthy and strong and growing FAST which, because i wear it short, requires me to get it cut more often. also i notice my nails are stronger. not only will i continue taking Biotin myself, my husband (age 72, i’m 68) is now starting to take it as with age his hair has also thinned and he’s noticed how much healthier and thicker my hair is. i highly recommend this product if you have a problem with hair loss or thinning. those commenters who say they see results after only a few days may be overzealous BUT if one continues to use it you most definitely see positive results.

Adds extra strength to hair and nails.
I have very brittle hair and nails. This has given them some extra strength. My hair has gotten a little bit longer. I was more concerned about strength. So I’m very happy with this product. The capsule is fairly easy to swallow, and it doesn’t have ant flavor. If you’re looking for a pill to grow super long hair & nails, this isn’t what it does. But it DOES give your hair and nails the nutrients for extra strength, less chipping and splitting.

Caused cravings and weight gain!
So this pill definitely made a difference in more than one way. It really strengthened my nails, but it did the same with my appetite!I was having CONSTANT cravings on this pill and after I stopped taking them it ceased. I was trying to attribute this newfound habit to something else, but I’ve changed nothing in my diet or lifestyle but cutting these pills out. I’ve read in other places that biotin can make you gain weight or increase appetite, both of which happened while I was taking these.Also, it didn’t make any difference at all for my hair. I will give it three stars because of the difference it made in my nails, but for me the adverse weight gain / craving effects aren’t worth it.

Biotin stopped my mair from falling
I noticed in 2016 that more hair was falling out when I shampooed. I did some research and bought this brand because it’s vegetarian based and has no fillers or additives. After 2-3 months of taking one capsule daily, my hair loss stopped, and my hair went back to being strong, abundant and healthy.

I used to take another brand of biotin, but it changed and didn’t work for me anymore. I tried this and it’s working like a charm. Only been taking it for about 3 weeks and my nails are already healthier and longer. I appreciate that the ‘serving size’ is 1 capsule for the full 5000 mcg. It is smaller than the average capsule size too, which is helpful. Good value for the money and no side effects.
