Helped with clearing acne
I’m using this in conjunction with NOW pantothenate and I think it has done a lot to clear my acne. I’m not positive this supplement has helped or just the pantothenate—or the both of them together—regardless I would recommend! I haven’t had any new pimples since using this product!

Research led me to believe acne was showing up during menopause. Took mega doses and saw a very noticeable difference in the acne clearing up!! Still need about another month or so but my skin is improving everyday!

I am 50 and have suffered from acne my whole life. I have been prescribed everything under the sun and even did Accutane. My dermatologist prescribed this for me about 10 years ago when you had to get an rx for it. I remember it was $75 at the time! It did eventually go down in price. It was a miraculous cure for me. About a year ago I began to get acne again and just kept trying different things like differen to clear it up. About a month ago I started seeing people rave about pantothenic acid but I didn’t like how much they said they were taking daily. So I looked to see if I could buy nicotinamide instead. I am thrilled with my results. My acne cleared up and I’m not getting any new breakouts. I highly recommend this product and the price is very affordable.

Cleared up my recurring canker sores 🙌
I bought this for prevention of canker sores. I literally had them everywhere-on my lips and even my tongue. I could eat very little. One in the morning and one at night. I haven’t had one since. My inner lips have been so sensitive to spicy food and that’s improving too. The relief is only understood by another person who suffered from cankers for years like me!

Must try for those who tried it all!!! Great product for hormonal acne , I did tried many different products and none brings me satisfaction. My skin will be so greasy feel and having breakouts even after of the age 40 !!!! Results started as little of 2 weeks but after I finished the bottle my face looks very clear and haven’t had acne/adult acne since. Btw I have only use 2 caps a day..

Seems to be working pretty good so far will keep taking and see how things go after finishing the bottle. Seems like more than a months supply in one bottle.
