Great fish oil!
This is a great option to help make sure I can get enough omega 3s in my diet, to help with various pain and inflammation issues I have. They don’t seem to give me the fishy aftertaste that some brands do, and they seem to be high quality. The size is a little large, but the smooth coating makes them more manageable to swallow.The price is reasonable, and even more so with the generous sales that are found periodically. I would purchase again.

I have tried many kinds of fish oil, and I am very happy with this brand! There is no bad smell when you open the bottle, and best of all, I don’t get nasty “fish-burps” after taking these pills.When I first started trying fish oil many years ago, I had to plug my nose just to swallow the pills because they tasted and smelled horrible. But even worse were the burps that would come later.Then I started to see “burpless” fish oil advertised, and I tried those. Some brands worked better than others, but they all still had a smell. I eventually switched over to krill oil pills because they are much more tolerable. However, they are more expensive.I didn’t know what to expect with this brand of fish oil pills, but I have not noticed any smell or burps! I’m extremely happy about that.The pills are large, as all fish oil pills are, but they are smooth and easy to swallow. I sometimes gag on taking big pills, but so far I have not had a problem with these. I only take one at a time.I took a picture of the tablet next to a standard 500mg acetaminophen tablet, and an ibuprofen tablet so you can see the size comparison. The fish oil tablets are large, but the shape and texture of the tablet make it easy to swallow.So far they seem to be as effective as the krill oil pills I take, although you do have to take it for several weeks or even longer before you would notice any difference. So far, I have not noticed any differences in my mental awareness or alertness. If I discover a difference in quality one way or the other, I will update this review.For now, I highly recommend this brand of fish oil. No smell and no burps are worth every penny to me!

It’s What We Want in an Omega 3
So, yes, these pills are the regular size of fish oil pills. They are not the little pills that have small amounts of EPA & DHA fatty acids. Two of these have 860mg of EPA and 630mg of DHA fatty acids which is Impressive!Research shows us that they support so many things to make us healthy such as gut health, brain function, joint mobility, and eye health. So, as for me, I’d rather have a couple of these pills from a company, Biohm, that is in the USA and has the qualifications we look for in a trusted company.This oil is from the best kind of fish and that means that they are wild-caught cold-water fish, including sardines, herring, anchovies and mackerel. Sustainably harvested and purified to deliver high-quality omega-3s with no artificial additives.I am one of those people that sometimes has issues with fish burps. With these pills I have not had that issue at all. I think that part of that is that I take them with food, very important. The other reason I don’t think that I am having those effects is because these pills are just so fresh compared to some others that I have had issues with. So, if you are sensitive to fish oil, try taking it with food.I am a bit sensitive to pill size as well. I know that it may sound funny but I have found that if when I go to swallow, I think of my throat enlarging like a river, a beautiful, life giving river. The result is that large pills like this go down as easy as can be.Overall, I feel good about giving these Biohm Omega-3’s my highest recommendation.
