I think they are good
I like that these capsules are made in Canada. They are fresh and best by September 2025. The capsules are standard in size and easy to swallow for me. They have no taste or odors. I take these daily and like this type of B12 as it works best for me. I would get them again if the price compares favorably to my regular brand. Right now they are just a little higher but that can fluctuate somewhat.

Quality supplement for an essential vitamin
I currently take a couple of Biogenique products. I like the brand and their B12 is no exception. In addition to being free from common allergens, GMOs, etc. it doesn’t contain a lot of fillers like some brands. The capsules are average size, with no taste or odor, and easy to take.Although the RDA for B12 is 2.4 mcg, the amount included in supplements and multivitamins is a lot higher and Biogenique’s B12 delivers 500 mcg. This is mainly because we absorb so little of the B12 at one time and any excess is passed out through our urine. (B12 injections follow completely different guidelines). Therefore, I am content to be taking what I believe to be a quality B12. The product is sealed, has a lot number, a 9-month shelf-life, and seems to be competitively priced for a 90-day supply.

This product comes in capsule form. It doesn’t have a taste but they are not as easy to take like a gummy, however you only need to take one.A 90 supply for 20 dollars is pretty good. A lot of gummy style supplements that I have tried have 60 gummoes but require you to take 2 of them. So a month supply costs about 10.I have not noticed a significant increase in energy levels but I feel that b12 is more than just energy levels.Overall I think this is a soild supplement for the price.

Methylcobalamin form of B12, in capsule form.
Often when I’ve taken B12 in the past it’s been as dissolvable tablets. These are smallish capsules with no taste or smell. I like that they’re made in Canada and GMP certified. My husband has a bad cold right now and I don’t, so I’m especially appreciative of my supplement routine at the moment! My energy level is great and I feel good for my age. Not sure that there’s anything in particular I can attribute that to, but B12 is one of my essential supplements. As with all supplements, do your own research and listen to your own body! This one is a good one for me.

Smaller dose than some
I have been taking B12 for awhile now, as I find it helps with the functioning of my digestive system. I normally take 1000 mcg, so to get that dosage I’ll need to take two of these. Other than that, I haven’t had any issues taking this. I don’t know that I would order again, though, because the higher dose is what I prefer.

Doctor says I need it
My GP says my labs show low B12 levels, so I take a B12 supplement. These are fine, but I gave it three stars because the value just isn’t there. You can get other supplements for half the price at 4-10x the strength (some of which will be excreted) with more pills.They work, but I’d find a better offer.Hope that helps.

good b12 supplements – made in ca?
ive recently started taking vitamin b-12 supplements to help increase my daily energy levels. i’ve definitely found that since i’ve started taking these i am feeling less groggy and sleepy during the day and have more energy to get up and move around. the pills are small and easy to swallow and dont have any sort of taste or after-taste. it’s easy to add to my routine along with my other supplements. The description says made in canada but there are some typos in the marketing so i’m a little suspicious on the actual origin of these which is a little concerning to me.
