    Easy to take !

    I have a vitamin D deficiency which can affect calcium absorption etc. I was told by my doctor that if i take the Vitamind D as I am (50,000 IU a week for now) that I should be taking this vitamin K2 as well. So far so good. Capsules are small and easy to take. Very pleased.

    The right formulation from a highly recommended company

    While it will take a while to see what effect this actually has on bone density, I have significant confidence in it for two reasons – it comes from the same company whose Vitamin D3 is recommended by the Vitamin D Council, and it is the MK-7 form of Vitamin K. That’s the one that is known to affect bone calcium. We’re hoping to see significant bone density improvement from this product – and for post-menopausal women, particularly, that is a major issue.

    As a DS patient, I need the dry forms of fat-soluble vitamins.     Product arrived very promptly. However, I was disappointed to learn that the vitamin expiration date is 5/21 and it cannot be returned.
