Love Tributyrin for gut health
I have had a lot of success with Tributyrin and Akkermansia helping me heal after a long course of antibiotics. Usually, tributyrin is pretty stinky, but this capsule doesn’t have a smell to it, which would be a real benefit if it still works. The capsules are also small and very easy to take.I usually take at least 500mg of tributyrin and this is only 300mg so it may be a little less effective due to the dosing as well.I love that this is manufactured in a dedicated, NSF-certified facility. I wish it also had independent testing for purity, but otherwise it seems like a good product worth taking.The date of manufacture is February 2024 so the product seems fresh. There is no expiration date on the bottle, but I’ve read that the FDA is discontinuing the expiration dates of some products to discourage waste so this may fall under that category.
