Great Supplement for Stress Relief and Energy Boost!

I’ve been taking this stress-relief supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m already noticing significant improvements in my energy levels and overall well-being. The combination of Vitamin C, B6, B5, Magnesium, and adaptogens like Ashwagandha, Holy Basil, and Rhodiola is fantastic for helping me stay calm and focused throughout the day.I love that this supplement is Non-GMO and gluten-free, which is important to me as I try to be mindful of what I put into my body. The 90 vegan capsules are convenient and easy to take, and I appreciate that it contains BioPerine, which enhances the absorption of the nutrients.The blend of Reishi Mushroom, Schisandra Berry, and Astragalus Extract really gives me a natural boost without the jitters or crashes that I’ve experienced with other energy supplements in the past. I’ve also noticed that I feel less stressed, and I’m more productive throughout the day.Overall, I’m very happy with this product and will definitely continue using it. Adrenal support supplements

First, I want to say that I have liked every supplement that I’ve tried from this brand, Best Naturals, but I can’t deny how poorly worded the instructions are on several of their supplements that I’ve tried. I usually take these the way I would any supplement, & use my common sense (I took the suggested dosage of 2 capsules at once with my evening meal). The instructions say, “take 2 capsules per day with 200ML of water in the morning & evening hours.” This can easily be misinterpreted as needing to take 2 of the supplements in both the morning & evening. I think it’s actually saying to drink water in the the morning & evening, to make sure you stay hydrated enough to facilitate absorption, however. This can & should be fixed.With that out of the way, I will address the supplements themselves. They are for adrenal gland support. Most people probably don’t realize how much this gland is responsible for. It’s worth a Bing search to find out, in my opinion, but if you’re reading this review you’re likely to already know (otherwise you wouldn’t be looking to supplement it). The most important aspects to me are the hormones it is responsible for, which regulate blood pH & pressure, dopamine, adrenaline & noradrenaline (fight or flight), cortisol & steroid production (inflammation, metabolism & immune system). These are all important for everyone. A supplement for adrenal gland health is likely most helpful for people who have deficiencies in any of these hormones produced by it, or need help with anything the adrenal gland controls. As usual, consult a doctor to see if something like this would help you, as blood work can help in this regard.As others mentioned, it took about 2 weeks before I noticed any difference in my life after taking this supplement. That doesn’t mean it’s necessarily because of this supplement, & just as with all supplements, a placebo effect is possible. For me, I began taking this after I had recently stopped taking a supplement with ashwaganda & shilajit (which I took for a little over 1 month). Immediately afterwards, I had a constant uneasy feeling & fatigue that made me consider putting off my workouts on some days. I thought it could be from this supplement at first because of the timing, but I still kept on talking it. I think this was actually my body’s reaction to quitting the last supplement. About 2 weeks later, I began to feel much better. My uneasiness was gone (I have severe anxiety disorder), & I began looking forward to me workouts again. I have requested other supplements that affect cortisol levels, so I probably won’t buy this again, for now. But, if the others don’t work as well, or other cortisol/adrenal gland supplements aren’t available, I would likely buy this supplement.The pills are normal sized (not huge, nut not tiny, for lack of a better description). They have no aftertaste, & are easy for me to swallow. The ingredients are all things that are thought to facilitate adrenal gland health, which is great, but I dislike when the exact amount of ingredients aren’t detailed. The “blend” option is often used when companies don’t want to share the exact proportions of ingredients, because competitors could make an identical product & sell it for less, or take customers from them, so I understand why this is done in some instances. This can also be used to deceive customers, though, by using almost none of the ingredients listed. Listing the ingredients in this manner can prevent the company from having to disclose this. I have always had positive experiences from products by Best Naturals, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt here, personally. In today’s society, I certainly understand why many can’t, or choose not to, put trust in some random company, so it can end up hurting these supplement companies who choose not to be completely transparent about the specificamount of each ingredient. In a similar matter, all of the symbols on the bottle indicate things I value (non GMO, made in the USA & GMP certification), but I usually don’t have the time to investigate every claim on every bottle of supplements I try. I prefer using products from companies that I’ve had prior positive experiences with, which is the case here.The price seemed high to me at first, but upon further inspection, it’s pretty average. You get 45 days worth of supplements for $27.99 if taken as instructed. The others I’ve tried for cortisol health averaged about $20 per month. Even so, I would prefer to buy products from companies I trust, even if they are a bit more expensive. This supplement has helped me with my energy levels, calmness/anxiety, & metabolism, among other things. I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for an adrenal gland supplement, & I think it deserves 5 stars.

I did notice a little more energy and sleep

This is my firsts time using adrenal support supplements so it’s difficult to gage their effectiveness. But after about a week I did notice having more energy. My day didn’t crash as early as usual. Although it does tell you the amount of vitamins and minerals it doesn’t include the dosage of the herbs. It would be helpful to know that as everyone’s dosages are different. I did notice a more restful nights sleep and that helps a lot.

Great product

I have been using these to supplement my adrenal glands and they appear to be working well. I am 72 and my adrenal glands were slowing down, the doctor recommended adrenal support. I found these instead of the much more expensive prescription and I can get these whenever I am low.
