Great Product
I rely on benfotiamine every night. Without it I have disturbing dreams all the time and I wake up remembering them. Benfo, taken twice daily, seems to stop that from happening. Benfo is a precursor to B1. I thought that 500mg was too big a dose, but I was wrong. This is a great product. I recommend it highly for anyone whose sleep is disturbed by dreams.

I was hoping that they would be easy to take and not have an aftertaste. Both are great-no aftertaste. They did not upset my sensitive stomach either.They are a great value for the money and a trustworthy brand. 120 come in the bottle which is more than competitors of equal type of supplement. This is higher potency than others so that probably makes it even a better value.

I began researching what supplements I could take that would potentially help my neuralgia I often get in my feet. I saw Benfotiamine come up in my research. When I saw these vitamins I figured I’d give them a try.They come in a two month supply bottle, which is great for around $16/bottle. That is super affordable compared to other products I was considering. The dose is two daily, which is another bonus. I take them with lunch and I’m done for the day. They are easy to swallow, and I’ve never had any problem with aftertaste or stomach distress.I’m picky about where my supplements come from. Let’s face it, there are too many snake oil salesmen out there nowadays. These are made in the USA and are tested for purity and potency. They also have clear labeling on their product. They are fat and water soluble.As far as effectiveness, I honestly feel it is too early to make a fair testament to that. I’m about a month in, and I do feel as though I have more energy lately. The neuropathy hasn’t changed unfortunately, but again that may be a cumulative effect.I’m going to continue taking these vitamins with hopes I see some improvement. For the price, I am willing to stay with this brand. No negative side effects makes them easy to tolerate, and the once a day dosing makes it easy to take.I will report back after a fair trial of these vitamins. For now I would highly recommend them for all the reasons stated.

Strong Vitamin B1 Support
Thiamine, also known as vitamin B1 has numerous health benefits including mood and cognitive support as well as help with energy and metabolic levels. It may have other significant health benefits. I encourage you to do your own research. This supplement also contains a significant dose of Benfotiamine which the body converts to Vitamin B1. This form of B1 may be easier for the body to absorb. The capsules are about 3/4 of an inch long and are easy to swallow. They do not have any taste or smell. I have not experienced any negative side effects from this supplement. The bottle was sealed when received and the quality appears to be good. I did have issues with removing the cap. It is more difficult than most but not worth dinging a star for. However, if you have issues with this type of thing than it is something to consider. The expiration date on the bottle is 06/2027. Good value. Would Recommend.

The very first thing I look for when choosing a supplement is if it is third party tested. I have seen “Lab tested”, but that is not third party tested. There is a difference. This is third party tested. It is also 120 capsules, which is a 2 month supply for $18 at the time of this review. Excellent value to me.The capsules are about 3/4 of an inch, so fairly standard. The bottle was well sealed and protected with both an outer shrink wrap, and an inner seal. Overall, a highly recommended product.
