My hair grows twice as fast
Since taking this, my hair and nails have grown twice as fast as the usually do. I have also noticed I am not as tired towards that time of the month.The taste of the gummies can be extremely unnerving. At first, they taste sweet and fruity. When bitten into, they taste like a raw steak mixed with grape jam. There is a metallic aftertaste. They are easy to take in the fact you don’t necessarily need water or food to swallow themSince these have shown their effectiveness, I think these are a good deal if you can get over the taste

Packed with Biotin and Easy to Take
These gummies are packed with 10,000 mcg of Biotin, the main ingredient in most hair, skin and nails supplements. The serving is one gummy per day so there’s a 60 day supply. A very good value. Compare this to one of the popular brands that costs almost 5 times as much for a 30 day supply to get the same dose of biotin. The formula includes 11 other ingredients for a well rounded supplement. The gummies have a sweet strawberry flavor with a bit of an aftertaste. They don’t stick to my teeth. Don’t be fooled by the claim of no added sugar, they still contain .38 g of total sugars for a calorie count of 13.67. Each hair growth gummy is individually wrapped in a foil lined pouch that is not recyclable. I wish that weren’t the case but the main container at least is cardboard. Made in India.

Taste feels fine, and the ingredients list is par for the course. At full price they aren’t any incredible deal. I do feel my hair either heals quicker, or doesn’t get damaged to begin with (blow dry every day), my nail quality has also improved with less chipping and overall thicker feeling. May try some time off and see if the effects stay, or take them every 2 days to make them last even longer with hopefully the same effects moving forward.
