I’ve been taking this Astaxanthin 12mg supplement, and I like that it’s vegan, made from microalgae, and blended with olive oil to help with absorption. I have been taking it for five and a half weeks, with no unwanted side effects or digestive issues experienced. The soft gel caps are easy to swallow with no strange taste or odor. I appreciate that the serving dose is only one cap, and it comes with a two-month supply (60 caps).

I have noticed small improvement in one claim
I chose this supplement for its claims to benefit heart and skin health. Also for the antioxidant benefits and for improving cognitive function. It’s not always possible to see significant, drastic improvement after taking a vitamin or supplement for just a month or so. However, I have noted a slight change in cognitive function. The capsules are averaged size and easily swallowed. I do appreciate that it is sourced from plants and not shellfish, as the latter is a potentially deadly allergen to me. I have not had even a single adverse reaction to this supplement.
