Effective formula
These gel caps are medium sized and easy to swallow even as someone with issues swallowing pills. A dose is two capsules, once daily, so this is only a 20 day supply. I don’t know why the capsule count is seemingly so random for this product – the next size up is 60 capsules, which is so close to this one that I really don’t see the point. Otherwise, the formula is effective at appetite control and I’ve noticed a difference so far.

Nice Benefits Noted in First Week of Use, No adverse Effects!
I’ve been taking these Arrae MB-1 Max capsules for a week now, and since it mentions best results are reached with consistent use over 3 months I figured I would leave an early review.These capsules have been an effortless add in. The directions recommend 2 capsules taken in the morning or before a workout. I have been taking one capsule before breakfast and one before lunch each day simply to better spread the clean caffeine out more amidst my working day hours since I do also drink a morning cup of coffee and matcha latte daily.I maintain a healthy weight so am not after weight loss here but I am looking for assistance in fighting evening cravings. I eat very clean during the day but the evening time is my weakness. I am curious to see if these can offer assistance with this as my healthier weight has become harder to maintain in my mid 40’s and I know how fast night time snack habits can add up.These capsules are standard size, easy to swallow, and have no weird aftertaste. They have not caused any side effects like upset stomach or jitteriness, nor have they resulted in evening crashes. I like that the energy packed into these capsules is clean and light; 100 mg of green coffee derived caffeine is enough for me to feel more energized and motivated but not so harsh that it gives me a stimulant feeling or is followed by an afternoon slump.It is still really early to comment on many of the effects and claims I see noted so I hesitate over speaking here, but this first week I haven’t had to fight any major cravings. My appetite has stayed about the same so far. The gentle energy boost already mentioned has been appreciated and very much welcomed. And the energy boost and decreased cravings have been noticeable enough that I’m looking forward to continuing this same dosing schedule seeing if anything else arises with longer use. This is a bottle of 40 capsules so 20 day supply with use as directed so I will need to reorder to determine the full effects. Regardless I love that this offers clinically studied ingredients that are 3rd party lab tested. This offers methylated B vitamins in the form I’m intentional to incorporate for energy metabolism and methylation support, the 1000mcg chromium which can help my blood sugar related swings in cravings and mood, plus a postbiotic and the clean gentle caffeine based energy. I look forward to seeing what these, combined with the other ingredients of this formula have to offer with longer use. So far so good.

Stronger version of Arrae MB-1 supplement
Actually, I already use Arrae MB-1, so I was curious to see how the Arrae MB-1 Max differed!Apparently, MB-1 Max is similar to the regular MB-1 in that it is supposed to reduce cravings and give you energy, plus help increase your metabolism, and the ingredient list is supposed to be clean as well! But MB-1 has 50 mg of caffeine, and it looks like MB-1 Max has more caffeine; 100 mg of caffeine to be exact. MB-1 Max also has more chromium, which is supposed to support healthy blood sugar levels, and also added saffron extract and Vitamin B12. You can think of it as a more aggressive treatment or supplement. For me, I’m quite sensitive to caffeine, so if I take MB-1 Max, it HAS to be early in the morning, but at the same time, I don’t have any negative side effects or a caffeine crash—though I definitely have more energy, so I take it early to avoid disrupting my sleep.I do find this effective before working out as you get a lot of energy instead of having something carb-y or sugar-y. Definitely think it’s worth trying but I would start with MB-1 first to see if you like this! At $39.99 USD (at the time of this review), it’s not a bad price at all for 40 capsules, but would also look and see if you can get this at a discount during sales!

Great for energy and fat burning!
I’ve been really impressed with Arrae MB-1 Max so far. I like that the formula takes a more well-rounded approach to metabolic support instead of relying on an excessive amount of stimulants. It contains ingredients such as chromium, African mango, cissus, grains of paradise, saffron, B vitamins, and green coffee bean, along with 100 mg of naturally derived caffeine.The biggest things I’ve noticed are better energy and feeling more in control of my appetite and cravings throughout the day. The energy feels smooth and useful rather than making me feel overly wired, and I appreciate being able to take just two capsules in the morning and be done for the day. I also really like the addition of saffron and the postbiotic—it makes the formula feel much more thoughtfully put together than a typical “fat burner.”The capsules are easy to take, the packaging is beautiful, and I haven’t experienced an unpleasant aftertaste. Uncertain science + high price stops me from more stars
Arrae MB-1 Max Fat Burner for Women (ASIN B0H2BWHS8L) earns three stars from me because this product is designed to, that is, may support, metabolism while controlling appetite and cravings.You get 40 capsules; a serving size is 2 capsules so there are only 20 servings in one bottle. The product listing promotes a three month plan, but this single bottle does not deliver that, and at $2 a day, it’s spendy.Each serving contains 100 mg of caffeine, about as much as in a cup of coffee. It also contains B vitamins, a probiotic and a proprietary blend of other ingredients including African Mango Seed extract and Cissus extract.Arrae is owned by a US company. I have some concerns about product claims. In the product listing, they talk about studies done on individual ingredients, but I don’t see anything about direct clinical testing on the complete formula. Considering this, with the high price tag, I don’t feel comfortable giving Arrae a stellar rating. Medium-sized capsules but easy to swallow
The recommended dosage is 2 capsules before breakfast. I took one at first to make sure I had no reactions. I’m a little person anyway. The first one I tolerated just fine. So today I took 2 capsules.Two capsules per day would last 20 days, and at $40 a bottle, they are $2 a capsule. So pretty expensive but if they work, will be worth it.I’ve hit the age of 70 and started gaining weight. It seems after I drink coffee, I get hungry and coffee is supposed to make you eat less, well it doesn’t me.The bottle says consistent use gets the results, so I’m being consistent, because weight gain is inflammatory.Great company, great website. I like what they stand for. The print on the label could be bigger.

I love this supplement! I take in the morning before my morning workout, and I actually see a noticeable difference in my energy and alertness levels – helps me power through my tough workouts and have energy remaining for the remained of the day. Cravings have been curbed a bit too, I definitely feel less snacky. Time will tell on the “fat burner” claim, but I’ll happily continue for a few months to personally see. ARRAE is a brand I know and trust, and for that reason I’m willing to pay the higher price tag. 2 daily, easy to take, flavorless, and zero negative effects – but most importantly, it doesn’t make my sensitive body feel jittery whatsoever. Worth the try for sure!

an updated, elevated version of MB-1; try this one for a gentle energy boost
I have used both the original MB-1 and the 45+ version, and really like the gentle support. This “Max” version includes green coffee for a gentle caffeine energy boost, and saffron for mood support.The capsules are easy to swallow, have no odor or flavor, and don’t cause digestive distress (even though I take supplements with just black coffee on an empty stomach). I don’t notice any unwanted side effects; full disclosure I am not extra-sensitive to caffeine so the 100mg is not a high amount for me). This works well alongside the rest of my supplement routine.I wouldn’t call this inexpensive, but affordable, and it combines several ingredients that would add up to much more if purchased individually. Definitely worth it to me for the gentle boost!
