    Helpful for low energy

    I have a variety of health problems, including anemia, and these seem to help with that. I DO think they are increasing my energy and perhaps brain clarity. Much easier to take these than eat liver.

    Light colored for liver. it should be red dirt colored.

    Notable difference in iron and ferritin. Please take the recommended dosage. Doesn’t taste great but when you’re trying to up your iron, taste is really not the priority. Noticed a big difference in the color of my cheek, my energy, and my mood. Overall worth it if you need the extra help.

    As you can see from the photos, this was delivered damaged, in the original packaging. The safety plastic is still wrapped around the bottle showing that it didn’t open it and it was delivered to me damaged. Now I am unsure if this product is safe to use because it was delivered damaged. I do not recommend buying this product from or allergy research group!
