Don’t get the ‘booty’ claim
I got this because I take both L-Glutamine and Creatine currently. I thought it would be convenient to take them together since I am already on a bunch of supplements and it’s turning into a full time job to keep it all organized and fit it all in.I don’t understand the booty/glute claim. My understanding is that Creatine helps to build muscle mass. So, it seems a bit misleading to focus this only on the glutes. Sex sells??? Maybe that’s their angle.I typically take my L-Glutamine and the Creatine by taking the scoop and pouring it onto my tongue and washing it down with water. When I tried that with this powder, wow, SOUR taste! So, I would say that technically, it’s not unflavored. I tried it in some water and it was a better. Still a slight taste so do not expect this to be completely unflavored.It mixed and dissolved well in the water.

Glutie time
I currently take 5g of mono-hydrate and 2g of glutamine daily. So this product is a small convenience. I take glutamine for other reasons, and was not aware it is beneficial for glutes. This product is unflavored, and glutamine does have a taste. While not overly unpleasant, I would probably prefer something flavored, and will be adding something that will cover the taste. The scoop seems to be on the small side for a full 10g. There seems to be a cost for the convenience, as it looks like it would be more economical to source the monohydrate and the glutamine separately.

catchy marketing style labels
I bought this for the actual combination of ingredients and because it’s sugar free, not because of the cute label. It’s not some magic booty builder, it’s simply standard supplements to help build muscle anywhere on your body. I don’t mind all the eye catching marketing this company has on all the supplements on offer at their storefront, but I hope people aren’t mislead in any way. That’s why I took one star off. I think it is good to have a recognizable fun style for your products, but they should be careful how they present it.

Product works so far
I have literally tried everything and this is the only product that I get results from with no side effects as far as gaining muscle. The reason I started taking this is because I tried to take 120 grams of protein a day which was recommended for muscle growth and I felt bloated and had stomach problems. Trying to consume that much protein a day to see results was too much on my body: this works well and my stomach doesn’t hurt lol

Rather take pills than powder
I think I just need to stick to pills versus powder, as most of these products taste like crap to me and then I won’t continue to take it. Thus is with this product. I did detect a taste that makes me pucker up. It just doesn’t sit well with my taste buds. But that is how I am with collagen products too. The product itself seems fine and if I were able to take it long term I would be able to talk about whether it does help build muscle.
