Riboflavin is one of the B vitamins. It can be hard to get enough of from just food. At larger doses it can have different therapeutic effects on the body, such as increasing energy production. I have been taken 100 mg riboflavin for many years, and it definitely helps me. I dose each B vitamin separately instead of taking a multivitamin. Amazing Formula brand does use a couple of fillers in this capsule, which is not ideal. But the capsule is easy to swallow and the product is a good value for money. Plus I appreciate very much that the manufacturer states that their products are tested for quality and made in the USA in a GMP facility. I always prefer brands who do that. So in my opinion overall this is a very good product at a very good price.

Something went wrong with the delivery, although I did receive a photo that showed that it was on me front porch, I personally did not get the item. I am not casting aspersions or placing blame on anyone! I reached out to customer service, explained the issue, and the sitiation was rectified in short order, with the refund placed back into me account and a replacement item sent(that I was able to put me paws on) in jig time! Good bidness acumen, professionally handled and I came away with the satisfaction of somebody putting the extra effort into their job and come away with a very impressed client as that is not the norm in these times!
