    A great find for me!

    Really happy I found this product! The Choline everybody needs, but the Inosital is perfect for me! After having a silicone breast explant, the toxins are outrageous. Taking the Inosital, the silicone stored in my body changes to a form that can be released in the urine. Win win for me!

    Choline supposedly aids with brain health and memory. Who knows if it’s working? I still go into a room and wonder what I came to get, but haven’t totally lost my mind yet! This brand has good credentials and fair price, so I’ll keep taking it and hope for the best!

    I find all top rated 250mg/250mg of Choline Inositol works well for me and this is no exception. Currently buying a bigger bottle but will buy this again. All these brands claim 500mg but it’s really 250mg of each
