DO NOT TAKE SIX PILLS AT ONCE!!
Ok, so my stupid self decided to try out that new TikTok trend where you eat several large carrots a day, and build up what sort of looks to be a glow/tan within a few weeks. Carrots get boring quickly, so I figured I’d streamline the process and take these supplements instead. It seemed easier than consuming ridiculous amounts of sweet potatoes and red bell peppers. So, I did the math on it and found that taking six capsules per day for a few weeks should raise my beta carotene levels to the high end of where they would need to be for this “tan” thing to work. I took six capsules the day I received the order, and pretty much forgot about it afterwards. Well, at least for a couple of hours. Then it began. I started having terrible stomach cramps that would come and go in waves. It felt as if someone reached in and was wringing out my organs like a washcloth. I never physically got sick, but I was nauseated as hell. This lasted, intensely, for around 12 hours. But a milder version of the pain would continue intermittently for the next two days. So yeah, this is probably a pretty solid product, and shipping was quick. However, if I were you I would refrain from taking SIX of these at once like an idiot. Just take one or two on a full stomach, and avoid all of this mess.

I needed to “up” my vitamin A intake so I ordered these. The price is good, the quality is good, and as for the health benefits my skin does look better. The pills are a little large so consider that if you have trouble swallowing.
