Helps diabetic nueropathy
I take this 3x a day and it works. No more cold legs that hurt or toes that ache. Once the nerves are damaged they wont come back but this helps to stop the pains you still have to work on your A1C but this does work. It also takes a few days to realize your legs don’t hurt. I swear by it

Helps Neuropathy
I have type 2 diabetes and with my doctor’s approval have been combining benfotiamine and alpha lipoic acid for neuropathy. It does not reverse it but does slow the progression of it and I no longer have stabbing pains in my feet, just occasional tingling. I will certainly be buying it again. Shipment was fast and price reasonable.

Wonderful value for the money.
I just started to use this pill. So far I do see a reduction in the tingling in my toes and foot and my legs are not stiff as much as they were. I am hopeful that in time , I will have more and more better relief.

Some help
I have permanent S-1 nerve damage. Causes major discomfort to walk. Needles to say im on a nerve script. This only helps me if I double the dosage.

I take this daily. The price is better than local drugstores and the big blue box store. Plus it’s seldom in stock locally. It works for my purpose.
