The ingredient list is good (2000mg of fish oil, 1320mg of Omega 3, 640mg of EPA and 480mg of DHA), and the capsules are well-made. The soft gels are packaged in blister packs, which is convenient for travel. FYI: these soft gels like a lot of other fish oil soft gels contain bovine gelatin, so it’s not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.At $23.75 for 60 capsules, the price is on the high side compared to similar products. If the cost were lower, this would be an easier recommendation. As it stands, it’s a decent option if you don’t mind the gelatin.

I take a fish oil or other Omega-3 supplement every day. I also take astaxanthin every day. I love that this is an all-in-one kind of product! It’s easier to take one of these in the mornings (and one at night) to get the benefits I want and not have to take a separate astaxanthin product. I *think* this product is made in Turkey (Türkiye), and I assume that’s the language printed on most of the packaging. Supplement facts and usage instructions are printed on a sticker in English on the side of the box, thankfully, but I do wish there were more English on the packaging (or maybe on an insert inside the box) so I could understand it. There are 60 relatively large softgels in 6 blister packs here. That’s not the best choice for the planet, but it definitely does help keep this product fresher for longer. Those 60 softgels represent a one-month supply, making this a pretty good value for what I think is a higher-quality supplement. It is also GMP- and ISO-certified, and it is a halal product, too. Do note, however, that it isn’t vegan, as it’s made with bovine-derived gelatin. I’ve been taking this stuff for about two weeks now and haven’t had any problems. The softgels are large, but they are very soft and smooth and easy to swallow. I like this product and I do recommend it.

I have been taking these All In Omega-3, Tryglyceride softgels that are high in EPA and DHA from Camrusepa, and are from wild-caught fish in Norwegian waters. I really appreciate and feel much more secure consuming these fish oil supplements, as they are GMP, ISSO and Halal certified. The dosage is 2 soft gels per day, there are 60 in all, so this is a 1 month supply for just under $24.00, so not the cheapest, but I firmly believe in their quality. I prefer to never partake in farmed-fish oil, as many have dyes, are gmo, along with many other practices I take issue with and very much prefer to avoid. I also value their simple and more eco-friendly packaging of a cardboard box, which also saves space. I always protect ny fish oils by storing in the refrigerator, to prevent them from becoming rancid.

The nice thing about these is that they don’t have the fish smell that is prevalent in some other such capsules.One issue with these is that the softgels are very big in size and may not be easy to swallow for some people. Another thing to note is that the capsules are made with bovine gelatin. Some people may not be too keen to ingest them due to this reason.Fish oil and omega 3 are important components to add to your diet and are effective in keeping your heart, brain and eyes healthy.At $23.75 for a 30 day supply, these are a little on the expensive side though.
