Tried this for a couple of weeks and I didn’t notice any change in appetite, or digestive comfort. The capsules were easy to take, with them being about the size of a tylenol caplet. There’s no strong smell when the bottle is opened, and no flavour or nasty burps after taking them. Perhaps I need to take them longer to notice a difference?

I tend to be exceptionally healthy. I’ve rarely in my life had issues. However, after my hysterectomy, I noticed something had changed. I gained weight and couldn’t get my waistline back down below a 27-inch waist; I am normally a 24. Needless to say, my clothes didn’t fit, and I was feeling frustrated. I saw these and thought why not give them a try. I am so happy I did. Without changing a thing, I dropped an inch in a month. I took one regularly each day with food, and changed nothing else. I measure my waist every day, so when I began to see the measure creeping away from that 27, I thought it’d probably pop right back up. I am now sitting at just below a 26-inch waist after a month. I am so happy to be getting my core back under control. There are zero side effects for me. I didn’t notice any difference in appetite or energy level, but I generally eat only once a day and am very energetic naturally. I can’t really explain why it worked when diet and exercise did nothing for months. I only know I’m going back in for another dose. I highly recommend for women tyring to get back control over their bodies.
