I purchased this supplement to help with high cortisol at night disrupting my sleep. I started with 1 then took 2 capsules before bed. I found that I did better with just 1. The ingredients help all around. I did not experience side effects. Taste neutral.

This is a great supplement, so far I feel like it has helped with my mood & I feel like it has helped lower my cortisol as well. I love that it is 14 different herbs that are great for mood & balance. I don’t think it has a taste & for me it’s easy to take. Like with all supplements don’t forget to check that it doesn’t interact with your meds.

Cortisol support blend with many different benefits
I haven’t been taking these very long, so I can’t speak for the long-term benefits of this supplement. But right out the gate I noticed there is very little, if any, smell or taste. Many supplements have an unpleasant smell/taste and it can discourage people from taking them. If you’re someone who’s sensitive to that when taking supplements, this one is likely in the safe zone.I haven’t been taking it long enough to really tell how effective they are for each use, but there ingredients listed are really great for supporting mood, sleep quality, hormone balance, and many other things. If you’re not certain these would help with your issues, do some cross-reference research to see if the internets in this supplement may help whatever issue you’re having.I love that these have such great ingredients and extremely mild smell/taste, but they’re also reasonably priced. If you are thinking about trying a supplement to support your cortisol – or a number of other issues – give this a try!
