CoQ10 is an important supplement for me, one of the regular components of my daily regimen. I am impressed with this particular brand. One serving provides 200 milligrams of CoQ10, which is fairly standard. What stands out is the addition of Omega-3s and PQQ, which makes it even more useful as a health-supporting product.The label claims it provides superior absorption, which, if true, is probably because of the black pepper extract that is another of the ingredients. The final active ingredient is sunflower lecithin. Ingredients apparently used just to make up the softgels include olive oil, gelatin, glycerin and purified water.One aspect of this product that I appreciate is that a single softgel constitutes a day’s serving. That’s refreshing, when so many supplements require you taking 2, 3 or even more capsules or tablets every day. The less swallowing, the better, is my belief! Complementary mix of CoQ10 plus vitamin E
I’ve been taking CoQ10 (coenzyme Q10) supplements primarily to improve exercise performance for many years. The formulas can vary; this one combines CoQ10 with vitamin E, which I consider a plus. Based on what I’ve read, CoQ10 can improve skin health, which complements some of the benefits of vitamin E. This formula provides 45% of the recommended DV (daily value) of vitamin E, which is very good.These are medium-sized softgels that are easy to swallow. (I prefer softgels over capsules specifically because I find them easier to swallow.) These have no taste.The recommended serving is one softgel per day. With 120 softgels in the container, this will last 4 months, which is excellent and makes it an very good value: Highly recommended.

Great multi-supplement, but the softgels are a bit large
I appreciate the extra omega 3s in this, however it is no where near a proper dose so I’ll be keeping my normal omega 3 regimen and just consider this an added bonus. The addition of black pepper extract and lecithin helps for boosting absorption. My only minor issue is that the softgels are a bit on the larger side, which might be a slight challenge if you struggle with swallowing bigger vitamins.

I like how I’m not just getting Coq10 but also Omega 3s and PQQ. This makes it a well rounded supplement and a good value for what you are getting in just one small pill. Ubiquinone = storage form. Body converts to ubiquinol = active form. 200mg gives more raw material if you’re depleted from statins/age 40+.PQQ: “Pyrroloquinoline quinone” = supports new mitochondria growth. CoQ10 fuels mitochondria, PQQ helps make more. Combo = cellular energy + mental clarity.Omega 3: Heart + brain + anti-inflammatory. Smart to pair with CoQ10 for heart health vs buying separate.Black pepper extract + Lecithin: CoQ10 is fat-soluble = poor absorption.
