adverse effects
by the advice of my fellow co-trainers I tried this after a 30 day paleo challenge. with the combo of the other Advocare items I actually gained weight back, was truly bloated and sluggish. As silly as I was to not read labels as I normally do when living a paleo lifestyle…I just trusted what the other trainers said…come to find out after these are packed with items not part of a no grains/no legumes lifestyle.Now I have a cabinet of useless pills.

Just not completely sold on the idea. We had a friend that has been following the Advocare diet and I really cannot comment on her success/ failure. This alone is interesting, but in the end it may help a small percentage, but the larger percentage is simply trying to control what you eat.
