These just arrived and I am disappointed there is no expiration date on the bottle. Also some disclaimers about can expose you to lead. I don’t think I feel comfortable using them.

It does have magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide 🙁
This states how clean it is and free of so many things like wheat and gluten BUT it has magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. I do not like these fillers. It does seem to suppress my appetite a little. I hope I can lose weight and get rid of my old age jelly roll.

Easy to take – thankfully no gas
I heard caralluma causes gas but thankfully these don’t seem to have any ill side effects, for me at least. I can say I don’t have that ravenous feeling I normally get at certain times. It has a prop 65 warning on it, though I don’t know if they just slapped it on like some companies do, or it’s legit a concern. Other than that, these are easy to swallow and come in a small opaque bottle.

Good so far
This seems to be a good quality Caralluma so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is pretty decent- Label has GMP stamp (however I haven’t seen a COA yet)I haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

The Caralluma seems to give me a natural energy lift. The capsules are vegetarian, gluten-free, and made in the USA. Don’t notice any affects
I was eager to try this Caralluma supplement in the hopes that it would help with weight management or to stabilize my blood sugar.This is a supplement that’s supposed to be taken before meals with a glass of water. This is not a complaint about the supplement, as every supplement has certain instructions for a reason, but supplements that you have to remember to take 20-30 minutes before a meal are the hardest for me to take consistently becuase I either forget, or I don’t know exactly when I’ll be eating. I’ve done well with consistently taking this one so far, but I know that won’t last long term.The capsules are easy to swallow, and that’s notable, as in recent years I started having more trouble swallowing capsules. Something about these helps them to go down easily. I don’t notice any flavor – neither when swallowing them nor as they work their way through my system.I haven’t had any adverse effects to these, but I also haven’t had any noticeable effects, either. They really haven’t made a difference in any notable or quantifiable way, so I have literally no idea if they are working at all.
