    Tons of energy

    I took the first pill yesterday morning when they first arrived around 10am. Had tons of energy. Here it is 4am and I’m still awake, but crashing hard now that I have to get up and go to work. I guess I’ll just take another one….

    Headaches increased when I started taking this

    I had high hopes for this Shilajit. However, headaches seemed to have increased. I’m not 100% sure whether it was a result of the shilajit or something else pertaining to my own conditions (or a mix), but I decided to stop taking shilajit, and headaches became fewer and less severe.The product itself seemed well packaged. It seems it simply did not agree with my system combined with the regimen of medications I was put on.

    Energy increase

    After a week or so I’ve noticed increased energy, need less sleep, and libido is up. I train as a powerlifter and appreciate any edge I can get. I will keep this on my future supplement list. For the price it’s worth it.

    You can notice the difference when you take the pills and when you don’t. They are very easy to sallow and the health benefits are definitely worth buying this.

    Product is ok. Just started using it! Usually takes about a week to know how well something works! But everything is as expected so far with receiving and handling!!!
