Tastes Good, But 4 Gummies a Day and 15 Servings Per Bottle Isn’t Worth It
I bought these for my son to try since he lifts with me and likes taking his daily multivitamin in gummy form. I’m usually fine just tossing a scoop of creatine powder into a protein shake, OJ, or water, but figure gummies would be convenient for him.The green apple flavor is actually pretty solid—we both liked the taste. That said, my son noticed the texture was a bit more jelly-like compared to his regular multivitamins.The main problem is the portion size and value. Having to eat 4 gummies every single day just to get one serving is annoying. Because of that, a bottle with 60 gummies only lasts a measly 15 days. Even though it gives you a full 5g dose with added B12 and Taurine, burning through a whole bottle in two weeks just isn’t worth it. We’ll be sticking to regular creatine powder.

I’ve tried a number of creatine products, and I like the convenience of getting a full 5g serving of creatine monohydrate without having to mix a powder. The green apple flavor makes these easy to take, and I also appreciate that they have no added sugar.One serving is four gummies, so the 60-count bottle is actually a 15-day supply. At $9.99, though, that’s still only about 67 cents per full 5g serving, which I think is a pretty reasonable price for the convenience of gummies.The four-gummy serving is probably the biggest drawback since it’s more to take than some other supplements, but I’d rather have that and actually get the full 5g of creatine.Overall, these provide a proper creatine dose, are convenient, and are reasonably priced.

Fine as a product but quantity could be more even
These gummies taste fine and are soft to chill. No real issues with the taste or quality of the product. Dosage is fine as well.The only thing I do find a little odd on this product is the quantity. The recommended dosage is four gummies per day. The quantity of the bottle is 60. So if you’re taking the recommended dosage, this is not even a 30-day supply. The price is reasonable and thusly. I’m willing to overlook that value to price issue. I do think it’s worth calling out though.

I mainly look at the ingredients with supplements like this, and the formula here is actually pretty solid.A four-gummy serving provides 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, which is right in the commonly studied daily range for creatine. Creatine monohydrate is also the form with by far the most research behind it for supporting strength, power and exercise performance.They also include 500 mg of taurine and 120 mcg of vitamin B12. The taurine is a reasonable addition, although 500 mg is fairly modest compared with amounts commonly used in studies. The B12 is a very large dose at 5,000% of the Daily Value, which seems unnecessary to me, but B12 is water-soluble.I also like that there is no added sugar, which can be a downside with some creatine gummies.At $9.99 for 60 gummies, you get 15 full 5-gram servings. That’s about 67 cents per 5-gram serving. Powdered creatine is generally cheaper, but for a gummy delivering a full 5 grams of creatine, I think the price is quite reasonable. The ingredient that matters most here is creatine monohydrate, and they’re providing it at a meaningful dose.

Tasty Way to Split Up My Daily Creatine Intake
I picked these creatine gummies up to supplement my normal creatine routine. I usually take creatine monohydrate in powder form in the morning, but I wanted an easy way to take another 5 grams later in the day rather than putting everything into one dose. I’ve also been interested in the research around higher creatine intake and potential cognitive/neuroprotective benefits, so having a convenient second dose was appealing to me.The gummies themselves are actually quite good. The green apple flavor is pleasant, and I have no problem eating all four gummies that make up the 5-gram serving. They’re much more convenient than carrying around powder and a scoop, especially if I’m away from home. I also like that they include 500 mg of taurine and 120 mcg of vitamin B12, although the B12 is a large amount relative to the daily value, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re already taking a B12 supplement.My biggest downside is that four gummies only provides 5 grams of creatine, so a container is only 15 servings. At around $10 per container, that makes this considerably more expensive per gram than buying plain creatine monohydrate powder. This is a 15 day supply of creatine monohydrate gummies, so keep that in mind when buying. You’ll need two bottles for a full month’s supply. I compared the price with some other creatine monohydrate products, and the price is pretty competitive when you consider you’re getting a one-month supply for two bottles.The taste is actually pretty good. To me, it tastes a lot like a green apple Jolly Rancher, which makes it much easier to take than some of the powders that can have a chalky or unpleasant taste. The gummies are also sugar-free, which is a nice bonus.I never comment on whether a supplement “works” or not because that can be difficult to determine from personal experience, especially with something like creatine. What I can tell you is that the bottle arrived properly sealed, the gummies look and taste good, and they’re easy to take.Overall, if you prefer gummies over mixing creatine powder into a drink, this seems like a convenient option. Yummy way to get creatine
I’ve heard about the benefits of creatine, so was excited to try it in gummy form. The gummies taste good (like green apple candy) and are soft. Since I’m not super familiar with creatine, I’m not sure if 5g is a good recommended amount or not. Since I am just starting out on this supplement, I only took a half dose. I like that it also has B-12. The down side is that the bottle only contains 15 servings, making it a little pricy.

When it comes to taste and texture, this gummy supplement gets an A+. I’m a bit perplexed by the serving size, which is listed as four gummies, with a total of 12 calories in that serving. That means a bottle will only last 15 days if taken daily. The value for the money is a bit questionable, since you’d be spending $20 per month on a single supplement.Effectiveness is impossible to gauge from a single bottle that only lasts a couple weeks. I’m currently lifting weights, so it’s far more likely my muscle gain is coming almost entirely from that. But, the gummies taste great and are helping to optimize my workout regimen. Are they worth $20/month? I’m not sure about that.
