I’ve been taking this NAD supplament for a few weeks and I’d give it 4 stars overall. The capsules are easy to take and I like that it includes resveratrol instead of having to buy multiple products seperately. I cant say I noticed any dramatic changes, but I do feel a little more consistant energy during the day and maybe a bit less afternoon sluggishness.
