    Great Sleep Aide

    I have been looking for a natural sleep aide for a long time. I tried this product from Smarter Vitamins and I can say this works very well for me. My wife is having some issues trying to sleep thru the night so I now have her trying this product along with Smarter Vitamins L-Theanine with Flaxseed oil, which I also take, to help her. It helps me sleep and fall back to sleep quickly if I need to get up and let the dogs out. They are getting older and most nights need to go out around 2 am but I can fall back to sleep very quickly. I will continue to use both products for myself.

    I was referred to this 5-htp some years ago for the overwhelming anxiety I was experiencing. It was a lower dosage, but it did help. Currently, I ordered this brand in gelcap form and it worked almost immediately. Thank you! Please don’t change a thing. I would certainly buy again.

    Not Exactly what Expected!

    This is the first time I ordered this Item, due to the recommendations from other buyers. When Item arrived and opened the bottle, all capsules were glued together, it took tremendous number of times with violent shaking and banging the bottom of the bottle on the kit. counter to unglue the soft capsules, many separated finally but several broke into half and it was tried inside!! I do not know if this is normal for these capsules to stick together, however, I knew I could not return since I opened the bottle. I decided to take the capsules anyway hoping that they are ok. I have taken these capsules for that past 3 or more weeks, the end of yet to see any result from the 5-HTP natural Serotonin effect. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the product/brand which was glued together,

    Bummer..received melted

    Still going with 5 star review.I’ve purchased several different kinds of vitamins from this brand and always seemed to be good.My last delivery of my vitamins were melted and vitamins stuck together and some busted open. In my opinion this could’ve been damaged from the driver setting package on the vehicle heater? I don’t know. Items aren’t returnable but Amazon reimbursed me. Unfortunately..no longer on the black Friday super sale.I do like this brand as I’ve found their ingredients to be cleaner than many of them out there.
